  3. Rarely (..if ever..) have I experienced better service than that provided by ‘JASON at IRVINE’ on 13th February 2019. I arrived at the Halfords branch with a broken-bike-chain. I had not made an appointment AND it was during Jason’s lunch break. His technical knowledge was nothing short off ‘highly impressive’; but it was that, coupled with his attitude … his kindness …his willingness to offer advice on maintaining my bike in the future (..even although it was his lunch break…) made for an unforgettable “shopping experience”.

    such a brilliant lady and was so thoughtful and caring towards the car seat for my son. She didn’t try and make us buy our car seat, she explained the positives and the negatives of my sons life if he carried on using the car seat he had. Sue was fantastic and she even set the car seat up in my vehicle ensuring his safety. A massive thank you Sue and I hope you are rewarded for your excellent customer service skills.

  7. Approximately 3 weeks ago on a Saturday morning ( after searching Google) I called your Bury store for advice ( ref a dashcam ) the gentleman ( I didn’t get his name ) who I spoke to was one of the most helpful customer service reps that I have spoken to in a very long time,.
    Not knowing how to forward my comments i had reson to visit yours store again today and was given the necessary information to forward my feedback.
    This gentleman is simply an ambassador to your company and it would be appreciated if he could receive my message . Many thanks.

  10. My brakes failed today on my bike went straight to the local halfords where upon the staff sorted the problem within an hour of being there i was on my way safe in the knowledge my brakes would work .Many thanks to Kevin and Holly brilliant customer service ten out of ten.

  11. On Saturday and Sunday 16th and 17th March 2019 I visited the Halfords store in Exeter. I booked a test ride of an e bike. I was helped first by John who looked after me and booked my ride for the next morning. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful talking me through all the options and showing me all the bikes I was interested in. The next day I was helped by Chris who set me up with the bike I was going to text ride. He also was informative about the e bike and very helpful too. I returned to the store with the bike after a great ride out and helped back by Arwin, another very pleasant and helpful man. Stacey and Katherine both helped me choose a pair of cycling leggings and nothing was any trouble. I would like to thank all the staff who helped me and I’d like to say that although I have been told in the past that Halfords were not helpful they must have been very unlucky or mistaken because I was looked after well. If not, I most certainly would have written a poor review. I don’t always take the time to write good reviews being short of time but thought as I had such a pleasant few hours dealing with Halfords and being well cared for it was the least I could do. To all the staff at Halfords please keep up the good work. Although I have not made a decision yet on the bike I want to go for I will say that I will be back again soon.

    Store No. 0574. In particular Ross who recently fitted the two Dashcams firstly to my wife’s new car and then a few days later to mine. Also Brett who has served me on a number of occasions and given me excellent help and advise.
